We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund of service fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Government fees, courier fees, and other costs paid to third parties are non-refundable once submitted.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate, complete, and unaltered documents.
  • Confirming the correct spelling of names, dates, and destination country.
  • Verifying the specific requirements of any government agency, embassy, or consulate you are submitting to.
  • Presenting valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at your appointment.
  • Ensuring signers are physically present, competent, and willing to sign.

Rejections, delays, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete documents are the customer's responsibility.

6. Government Processing Times

We facilitate the submission of documents for apostille, authentication, and related services. We do not guarantee approval by any Secretary of State, the U.S. Department of State, embassies, consulates, or other government agencies. Government processing times are outside of our control and are subject to change without notice. Estimated timelines provided by us are based on typical experience and are not guarantees.

7. Fees and Payments

Service fees, government fees, courier fees, and any applicable travel fees are disclosed before you confirm your booking. Rush service and after-hours service carry additional fees. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our authorized payment processors.

8. Travel Fees

Local travel within our standard service area is typically included in the quoted service fee. Appointments outside our standard area, or requiring extended travel time, may incur additional travel fees, which will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited to service fees actually paid to us and are subject to the cancellation policy above. Government fees, embassy fees, courier and shipping charges, and other third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred. If a document is rejected due to our error, we will re-perform the service at no additional charge or provide a refund of our service fee, at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for delays or losses caused by government agencies, couriers, weather, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
