Order details: the documents you request service for and their destination.
Document uploads: scans/photos you upload for processing. Stored in secured cloud storage and deleted after service completion.
Payment info: processed by our payment provider — we never see full card numbers.
Usage data: pages visited, referring source, and device type via cookies and analytics.

3. How we use it

To deliver the services you request, communicate about your order, comply with legal obligations (notary journals, I-9 records), improve our website, and — with consent — send newsletters or promotional updates you can opt out of at any time.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with government agencies (for apostille/authentication), payment processors, shipping carriers, and cloud service providers under contract. We never sell personal information.

5. Retention

Notary journals are retained per Pennsylvania and New Jersey law. Order records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and compliance. Uploaded documents are deleted within 30 days of completion unless you request longer storage.
