Checklist

1. Proper Identification

Proper ID is a must for the notary to be done.

  • US Passport

  • State License

  • State Driver's License

  • Government ID that is not expired and contains a Photo or Signature

2. Direct Communication

We must be able to meet in person. And be able to speak directly.

3. Awareness

The Signer must be aware of the documents they are signing and be able to communicate such.

4. Willingness

The Signer must agree that they are signing documents of their own free will.

5. Know the Notary Act that is needed

By law I cannot tell you what type of notary act you need. You must tell me if you are not sure. Ask the company, persons, or lawyer what type of Notary Act you need.

6. Agreeing on Fees

We must agree on the fees before I can travel to you. It is required by PA you understand what you are being charged.
